Beyond Bereavement

However your loved one died, ‘Beyond Bereavement’ is here to give you emotional and practical support at a difficult and challenging time. Perhaps your loved one is still alive and you are instead dealing with the reactions of anticipatory grief. Beyond Bereavement offers more than just a counselling service, though counselling is at the heart of what I do and an integral part of helping you move forward beyond bereavement. Please see the following for some of the common issues that I may be able to help you with while you are in the counselling relationship.

  • Grief Counselling

  • Guidance/assistance with funeral arrangements (for example, if you have sole responsibility for organising the funeral, feel that it is a daunting or overwelming task, and would like some help and support)

  • Coroner & Post-Mortem issues

  • Organ Donation issues post-death

  • Inquest support

  • Specialist support - eg Suicide; Deaths in Custody; Deaths abroad etc.

  • Anticipatory grief

  • Funeral issues/dispute mediation

  • Emotional support for practical death related issues such as probate and inheritance disputes.

  • Dealing with the Police
